Fast growing mild Asian greens with spoon shaped leaves can be eaten fresh or cooked. Very suitable as a stir fry or cooked in any dish where spinach would be used. Add flavour and interest to salad mix with baby leaf. Very popular, easy to grow and packed with nutrients. Also known as Spoon Spinach. Excellent as a quick growing microgreen.
