Description
Brassica oleracea
This variety was first developed by Territorial Seeds in Oregon many years ago. We have adapted it to Sth Aussie conditions over numerous selections and grow outs. Many thanks to Steve Solomon for introducing me to this treasure. Harvest over an extended period. Umpqua will provide a well balanced mix of main heads and side shoots that continues for many weeks. This is also a reliable variety for summer production. Incredible taste, colour and appearance. Very few open pollinated varieties are this good! Farm favourite. Also excellent as a quick growing microgreen.
