Mildly spicy vibrant green leaves that are standard in salad mix. Also good for stir fry, sandwiches and soups. This high yielding Japanese variety has slender white stems and deeply serrated bright green leaves. Can be harvested repeatedly for loose greens or harvest the whole plant for bunching. Grows rapidly. Sow with close spacing (several seeds per cm) in furrows or broadcast and rake in. Approx. 400 seeds.
