A popular Scarole type. Forms a large head with lightly curled green and white leaves and tasty midribs. Excellent flavour and colour. Can be continuously harvested as a cut and come again greens. Suitable for Summer and Autumn cultivation. You can take the edge of the bitter leaves by blanching them quickly by covering the whole plant for a few days with a plant pot or similar, before cutting. Approx. 350 seeds.
