Phaseolus coccineus
Heirloom variety suited to cooler climates. Produces an abundance of highly nutritious green beans. Also a highly decorative climber with attractive red flowers. These vines will die down towards Winter and re-shoot from the same root system next Spring, hence the name 7 Year Beans. Can be considered a perennial lasting around 7 seasons. Approx. 15 seeds per packet.
